HOBAN Recruitment is seeking a skilled and experienced individual to step into the critical role of EL2 Level Service Guidance & Practice Leader located in Deakin ACT or Newcastle NSW .
This role will see you lead a team with significant authority and responsibility, driving strategic initiatives that enhance service delivery and policy guidance.
You will manage complex projects, coordinate key outcomes, and represent the organisation in high-level negotiations.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and delivery of strategies to enhance guidance material and improve participant experiences.
Ensure guidance materials are accessible, clear, and apply principles of behavioural economics.
Report on key deliverables, aligning with national support priorities and driving continuous improvement.
Develop and implement policies, guidelines, and protocols in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Manage and oversee team performance, workflow, and strategic priorities.

High-level written and verbal communication skills, with a strategic approach to policy development.
Ability to lead and manage diverse teams or work areas.
Extensive stakeholder engagement and negotiation expertise.
Desirable Skills: Strong policy development and interpretation skills in sensitive organisational and political contexts.
Experience liaising with government, industry, and community groups on complex issues.
