Our efficient back-of-house support ensures more resources can be focused on Council's front-line service delivery.The Payment and Supply Services (PaSS) section is part of Support Services, responsible for providing procurement related services, managing storage and movement of inventory, and payment of suppliers on behalf of Council.The RoleIn the role of Warehouse and Logistics Operations Manager, you will be at the forefront of making a tangible impact on Council's operations.
You will be responsible for leading and managing our crucial warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow from the warehouse to the end customer.As a strategic leader, you will provide valuable direction and support to your team.
By collaborating closely with the Manager, Payment and Supply Services (PaSS), you will play a vital role in driving optimisation and efficiencies throughout the entire business.
Your expertise will be instrumental in streamlining processes, reducing costs, and enhancing overall performance while prioritising Workplace Health and Safety.Additionally, you will showcase your exceptional interpersonal skills and build strong relationships.
By fostering effective communication and collaboration, you will ensure that the end-to-end supply chain functions seamlessly.
