As we continue to grow, we are seeking a State Manager to oversee and support our NSW operations, ensuring excellence in patient care, operational efficiency, and team leadership.

While a dental background is preferred, we are open to candidates with senior-level leadership experience in related fields who are passionate about growth, strategy, and patient care.
You are a hands-on leader who thrives on working on the ground, supporting multiple sites, and building strong relationships with teams and patients alike.
Your financial acumen, including a solid understanding of P&L management, is matched by your strategic mindset and drive for success.
Job Description As the State Manager for NSW, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success and growth of our practices.
You will oversee operations across multiple sites, working closely with practice managers and teams to deliver exceptional patient experiences and achieve business goals.
Responsibilities: Provide on-the-ground leadership and support for multiple practices, ensuring alignment with our vision and core values.Develop and execute strategies to enhance patient experiences, driving loyalty and satisfaction.Analyze and manage P&L reports, ensuring financial performance aligns with business objectives.Work closely with practice managers and teams to implement growth strategies, improve efficiency, and foster collaboration.Lead by example, inspiring and empowering teams to deliver life-changing smiles and care.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain the highest standards of patient care and safety.Identify opportunities for growth and expansion while optimizing existing operations.Requirements Proven state or regional management experience in dental, cosmetics, or medical industries.Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and empower diverse teams.A deep understanding of P&L management and financial decision-making.A strategic mindset with a focus on growth and long-term success.A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and creating transformative experiences.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple sites effectively.Hands-on, ground-level leadership style with a focus on team support and collaboration.If you are a motivated and experienced professional who shares our core values of going above and beyond, excelling with passion and care, and coming to work with positivity and happiness, we invite you to apply for the position of State Manager at Dental Boutique NSW.
