Start a New Career and Help Build Transformative Financial Solutions We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer with a strong background in mobile and web development using Flutter.
In this role, you will play a key role in the design, architecture, and development of cross-platform applications, ensuring exceptional quality, security, and performance.
You'll be working with a collaborative team of product managers, designers, and backend engineers, helping to shape our digital platforms and ensure a seamless experience for MyBudget users across web and mobile.
Your expertise will not only shape MyBudget's mobile and web applications but will also influence strategic technical decisions, ensuring our platforms are robust, scalable, and prepared for future growth.
You will also mentor junior engineers and stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, ensuring MyBudget remains a leader in the financial budgeting sector.

Job Responsibilities: Lead the architecture, design, and development of mobile and web applications using Flutter.Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to ensure a smooth development process.Oversee the integration of APIs, third-party services, and backend systems.Drive code reviews, enforce technical standards, and establish best practices across the team.Manage the end-to-end release process for iOS and Android platforms, as well as Flutter Web deployments.Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on architecture, debugging, and performance optimisation.Stay updated with the latest developments in Flutter, Dart, and related technologies, introducing innovations where applicable.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across multiple platforms.Ensure applications adhere to security, performance, and scalability standards.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Skills and Qualifications 8+ years of experience in mobile development, with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience using Flutter for mobile and web.Proven track record of delivering cross-platform apps for both Android and iOS using Flutter.Expertise in the Dart programming language.Experience with RESTful APIs and backend integrations.Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines for mobile and web applications.Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative tools such as Jira or Trello.Ability to design modular, maintainable, and scalable codebases.Knowledge of iOS and Android SDKs, with experience deploying apps to the App Store and Google Play Store.Understanding of UI/UX best practices for mobile and web interfaces.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Prior experience in the FinTech domain is preferred.What We Offer A collaborative approach including employee-led committees in the areas of culture, wellness and diversity, designed to continuously improve our culture and the working environment for employees.
