You will provide increased outputs across all metrics to train, prepare and equip St John personnel to deliver excellent standards of First Aid care at small and large scale events.This role is based at our Notting Hill headquarters.As our ideal candidate, you will possess:A Certificate IV in Training & AssessmentDemonstrated skills in management, leadership including HR management or staff supervision, with the ability to develop strong working/team relationships to achieve shared goalsExperience in identifying workforce training needs and developing and implementing training programsExperience in designing training tools and resources including for digital learningClinical background in Health related fieldTertiary qualifications in a related field – Business & Commerce, Human Resources or Education is highly desirableDemonstrated experience as a First responder, Advanced Responded or Health Professional Scope of Practice is highly desirableExperience working with volunteers is desirableFull drivers licenceDon't meet every requirement?
