We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic and people-oriented Operations Coordinator to support and facilitate the daily operational delivery within our Geelong DeakinACTIVE facilities (Waurn Ponds & Waterfront).

Clublinks manages the health, fitness and leisure facilities at Deakin University Waurn Ponds, Warrnambool, Burwood & Waterfront campuses under the brand DeakinACTIVE.

Responsibilities will include: Customer Service & AdministrationPeople Management and LeadershipMemberships, Events and Business DevelopmentFacility OperationsStakeholder ManagementWorkplace Health and SafetyAbout you You will have: Previous experience in the coordination and delivery of programming in the Sport and Recreation industryRelevant & demonstrated industry experienceA vibrant and energetic personal energyThe ability to execute strategy / project planHigh level of planning and organisational skillsExceptional communication skillsProven ability to work and perform in a high-paced, active environmentRelevant qualifications including First aid and CPRWWCC and current National Police checkPlease do not delay in sending through your application with a cover letter and your current resume as applications will be reviewed as they are received.
