About the Role We are looking for a concreter / batch truck operator to join the team at Mt Ida.
This role is offering a mid - late February 2025 start, FIFO from Perth or DIDO from Kalgoorlie, 2 : 1 roster, 12-hour shifts, fulltime permanent position.
This position requires a self-starter that is used to working on their own and can follow directions and complete tasks and concreting to high standards.
Responsibilities Operate a batch truck to produce concrete mixtures tailored to project needs.Screed, trowel, and finish concrete to a professional standard, ensuring durability and aesthetics.Conduct quality checks on concrete mixtures to maintain consistency and compliance.Work independently to complete smaller projects and collaborate effectively with the team for larger tasks.Ensure equipment and work areas are kept clean and safe at all times.Essential skills, attributes, qualifications and licences National Police Clearance (suitable for gold mine sites)Previous FIFO experienceAbility to work 12-hour days, outside in remote locations, in often dusty environments at extremes of temperature.Proven experience in concreting, including finishing techniques like screeding, troweling, and detailed finishes.Competency in operating and maintaining batch trucks.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project demands.A team player who can also take the initiative to work autonomously.Commitment to workplace safety and delivering quality outcomes.Ability to pass a full medical and drug and alcohol screen.Benefits of joining Aurenne Group : Fulltime and permanent position direct with the gold mine.Work with a family business, no longer being just a number.Excellent salary + super + bonus.Salary sacrifice options for flights, vehicles, airport parking.Access to corporate discounts through our HR platform.If this opportunity interests you and you are looking to become a valued member of the business, apply now via the link.
