We seek a highly motivated individual to join our Project Delivery Team as an AV Commissioning & Service Technician.
Your primary role is to ensure the efficient delivery of AV System Commissioning services in line with project expectations with safety, functionality and quality as key focus areas and to deliver Service support to customers, including our Service Level Agreement customers.

Commission Audio Visual solutions in line with project requirements and customer functionality expectations.Attend start-up meetings and project delivery meetings as scheduled.Interpret AV schematics and scopes of work to reasonably assume the function and user experience of an AV system from a hardware perspective.Deliver functionality training to users of installed solutions.Maintain the organization's effectiveness and efficiency by delivering on and supporting strategic plans.Remain up to date with required certifications and identify any future training requirements.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.Coordinate with team members to highlight areas of improvement and deliver excellent results.Maintain accountability to systems, processes, code of conduct and company values.Have excellent customer relationship and communication skills.Perform fault finding and provide temporary and permanent solutions to faults.To be considered for this role you will have:
