Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and we are dedicated to providing the opportunity and support to build careers.The Role:We are searching for a down to earth and hands on Civil Electrical Leading Hand, motivated for a long-term career, with opportunities to develop their knowledge and skills.This fulltime role will enable you to showcase your Civil/Electrical experience and will provide opportunities to manage on-site construction works, whilst demonstrating a high respect for safety and quality work.With the support of the Supervisor and project team, you are comfortable collaboratively to achieve positive outcomes and are excited to add value to our diverse business and be a key contributor to the achievement of our growth objectives.What you Need:Construction Induction (White Card)Current Driver's LicenceProven experience in a similar role within the infrastructure or construction industry.Working at Heights, Confined Space, First Aid & CPR desiredAble to communicate effectively at all levelsA natural ability to collaborate and strive for positive outcomesBe able to analyse and solve problemsAbility to read technical plans and drawingsGood communication skills and a respect for safety and quality workA willingness to work away from home when requiredEmbrace our Core Values to be Respectful, Patient, Flexible, Accountable, and FocusedWorking With PensarWe believe that maintaining a healthy and happy team is key to creating better outcomes in our work.
