Maintenance Coordinator (Mechanical) Power GenerationAbout the roleZenith Energy is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Coordinator (Mechanical) to join our team in Rivervale, WA.
In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Hybrid and Thermal Power Stations mechanical systems and assets.
The right candidate will organise a team of skilled mechanical field service technicians and resources to ensure the safe and timely completion of maintenance tasks on Zenith's power generating stations. What you'll be doing Coordinate and schedule all mechanical maintenance activities, including planned and reactive maintenanceLiaise with internal stakeholders and external contractors to prioritise and execute maintenance tasksMaintain detailed records of maintenance activities and asset performanceIdentify and implement strategies to improve the reliability and efficiency of mechanical systemsAssist in the development and optimisation of maintenance plans and proceduresMonitor and report on key performance indicators related to mechanical maintenanceProvide technical support and guidance to the operations team as neededWhat we're looking for Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a mechanical maintenance coordination or similar roleStrong understanding of mechanical systems, maintenance best practices, and asset management principlesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProficient in using maintenance management software and data analysis toolsProblem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to identify and resolve issuesFamiliarity with relevant industry regulations and safety standardsTertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline is highly desirableWhat we offer Competitive remuneration and salary packaging optionsOpportunities for career development and growthFlexible work arrangements to support work-life balanceInvitation to our Short-Term Incentive PlanAbout us Zenith Energy is one of Australia's leading independent power producers, specialising in tailored off grid hybrid power generation solutions.
