The role
As a Leasing Paralegal of a national law firm, you will be involved in running retail shop leasing files, Australia wide. Duties involve dealing with the client, preparation of leases, surrenders, consents, assignments, registration of documents, using PEXA, billings and general file management duties.
Your experience
You will be required to have at least 2 years Leasing Paralegal experience.
The firm/ Salary/ Benefits
National law firm of 200 staff, supportive environment. Thorough Induction training, yearly salary/performance reviews, monthly drinks, discount on home loans, corporate health plans, sporting events, charity participation, paid maternity leave (30 weeks), flexible working arrangements, corporate environment. Salary negotiable dependent upon experience (between $85,000 - $110,000 including superannuation).
