We are seeking a Business Developer who is eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
This position offers the perfect launchpad for those passionate about business development and sales.
As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced sales professionals.WHAT YOU LOOK LIKEIndustry Experience: Must have a background in Freight & Logistics preferably, focusing on Pallets, Full Loads, and Containers.Professional level: A minimum of 3+ years of experience is required.Business Development: Communicating with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and assisting in developing relationships to secure new business opportunities.Account Management: While the primary focus is on business development, maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing customers is equally important.
Strong account management skills are essential.Supporting Senior Business Developers: Assisting with tasks assigned by senior business development staff.Communication Skills: Effective communication is crucial in the dynamic freight industry.
Candidates must be adept at keeping customers informed, sharing both positive developments and challenges in a timely and professional manner.CRM Management: You must demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in managing your sales pipeline and CRM dashboard.
