About the role:
As an experienced Contracts Administrator, you will support the BMD Urban Construction Manager with the oversight and input into commercial aspects of the Victorian region.
Responsibilities of the role include:
Develop, set up and administer all project sub-contract agreements.
Develop the project budget, track costs and maintain project valuations in Jobpac.
Undertake cost planning and quantity surveying as required by the project.
Verify sub-contractor quotes.
Ensure compliance with BMD site recording systems and prepare reports for Head Office.
Additional desirable skills:
Display excellent written and oral communication skills.
Manage client relationships and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
Maintain good interpersonal skills and work with the team to achieve all allocated tasks to a high standard.
Demonstrate good critical reasoning, problem solving and analytical skills with a talent for lateral thinking.
Display strong budget management and reporting skills.
Experience using SharePoint and/or JobPac software applications, and the Microsoft Office suite.
