MSP Photography, a leader in school photography across Australia, is looking for an experienced Administration Officer to join our growing team in our Plainland office.
This seasonal role offers full time work in the first half of the year and the flexibility of a reduced workload in the second half of the year, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic work schedule, performing essential work during a peak demand period.
With the security of ongoing work year after year.
The initial training period will be based at our Moorooka office, so applicants should be comfortable with travel during the first few months.
Key Responsibilities:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, school staff, and suppliers Efficiently handling data entry, processing orders, and maintaining databases Monitoring and managing incoming orders, images, and relevant documentation to ensure timely delivery Preparing and overseeing the logistics for school photography jobs What We're Looking For:
Experience in office administration, with client-facing responsibilities Strong proficiency in Outlook and Excel, with a knack for data management Excellent time management, organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to juggle multiple tasks Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal A team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently Why MSP Photography?
