Assistant / Duty Manager | The Willow Hotel | Redcape HospitalityRedcape Hospitality has recently acquired The Willow Hotel in Moorooka and is now seeking experienced, passionate, committed hospitality professionals to join our growing Leadership Team as one of our Assistant/Duty Managers.
Working as part of the Venue Leadership Team to successfully run the Hotel's operations in a hands-on role that includes FOH and BOH duties.

We value our promises.COURAGE: We are curious and think innovatively.Duties and Responsibilities The purpose of this role is to work cohesively as a member of the Venue Leadership Team, who take carriage of general hotel operations, driving performance, executing strategic initiatives, and improving/sustaining both Customer & Staff Experience.
The key responsibilities for this role will include:
