DISCLAIMER:Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship and being located in Melbourne is a mandatory requirement for this role.About the companyAC3 is an Australian owned Multi-Cloud Solutions Provider with offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Auckland, servicing 700+ customers in AUS & NZ across both private and government sectors.Our expertise:Cloud and infrastructureCyber securitySoftware and data integration.About the roleThis role works closely with the Professional Services teams, as well as the Product & Technology, Sales and Operations teams to define, develop, and promote cyber security offerings that provide value and exceptional experiences to our customers.This role is responsible for providing thought leadership, guidance, and strategic advice to our customers on cyber security matters.
In addition, you will work closely with our customers to develop and deliver on proposals and scope of works that cover a wide variety of cyber security offerings.Work with the Cyber Security Practice Manager to establish, deliver and maintain our Cyber Security service offerings with a focus on repeatability.Deliver consultancy services that provide value, are relevant, and sustainable.Drive the technical qualification, scoping, estimation, assessment, design and delivery of new or existing opportunities and work with the sales and delivery teams to ensure that they meet business requirements, are well-defined, and cost-effective.Create technical documentation relevant to sales, provisioning and operations of the business, for example: tender/RFP responses, technical design.Become a "trusted advisor" within key customer accounts.Engage with customers to solve their business challenges using technology solutions.Skills & experienceAt least 5 years experience across a broad range of technology streams, including Systems, Infrastructure, SaaS, Private and Public Cloud.At least 3 years experience within a Cyber Security related discipline.Experience in customer facing consulting or pre-sales roles with a strong technical presence and confidence.Experience in taking business challenges and translating them into a suitable solution and performing technical pre-sales for these solutions.Working knowledge of relevant standards, security frameworks and regulations i.e.
