Corporate / Commercial Senior Associate

Lead a successful Corporate/Commercial practice with an opportunity for career progression at a long-established CBD law firm of approximately 30 staff.
5+ years corporate/commercial experience idealAttractive salary on offer for the right candidateOngoing job security - the firm continued to grow and has a healthy pipeline of workThe Role The firm acts for a broad range of clients including small to medium enterprises, international businesses, and high net worth individuals.
In this role, you will lead the team and be the firm's main contact for corporate/commercial work, giving you great access to clients of the firm.
The work will include working on deals involving:
Business sales and acquisitionsShare Sales and Shareholder agreementsCorporate structuring and adviceCutting edge project financeIntellectual property and transactional workCompetition and Consumer Law adviceLeasingAbout You You will ideally be a 5+ year corporate/commercial lawyer with the following:
