Join us as a Senior Organisational Development Consultant and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce and culture at DEW.
As a Senior Organisational Development Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of enhancing our organisational culture and performance.
Reporting to the Manager, Organisational Development, you'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design, deliver, and evaluate frameworks, strategies, and programs that drive meaningful change.
You'll also represent DEW on public sector working groups, sharing insights and fostering best practices across the sector.
What You'll AchieveIn this dynamic and influential role, you'll:
Develop and implement organisational development initiatives that align with strategic goals and deliver measurable improvements.
Use data-driven techniques to ensure programs are effective and responsive to organisational needs.
Empower leaders by providing expert advice to senior managers, guiding them in implementing strategies that enhance culture and performance.
Drive Best Practice by collaborating with stakeholders and representing DEW in public sector forums to promote collective learning and innovation.
Shape the Future by researching and developing strategies to position DEW as a leader in organisational development and cultural transformation.
