Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfactionDrive sales growth by achieving targets, identifying new opportunities, and maximizing revenue from existing accountsProactively seek out new clients and business prospects, managing leads and delivering impactful presentations to specifiersKeep detailed customer records, prepare insightful reports on sales activities, competitor trends, and market conditions, and share key updates with the teamProvide expert product knowledge and technical support, equipping clients with the insights they need to make informed decisions about Carboline productsCollaborate with internal teams to enhance service levels and play an active role in achieving broader company objectivesKey Requirements:Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting and exceeding targetsExceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport and drive engagementStrong time management and organizational abilities to effectively manage a busy territory and prioritize tasksA proactive, hunter-style mindset focused on identifying new opportunities and driving business growthTechnical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and communicate product knowledgeHighly motivated to cultivate new relationships while maintaining and strengthening existing client connectionsA results-driven approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales excellenceTake the next step in your career and join a dynamic team committed to success and professional development where your sales expertise meets opportunity
