About this role We are hiring for a passionate Senior Educator to take on the role of Education Leader at OAC Southbank.
We are looking to appoint someone to focus on quality area 1 and act as an advocate for pedagody and practice at this campus.
Maximise WH&S and ensure policies are adhered to eg Child protection Share your knowledge of the EYLF & NQF Inspire Educators and Room leaders to deliver an outstanding program in line with the OAC grow curriculum Mentor the team, reflect on best practice and develop the programming cycle in each room Lead Quality area 1 across the campus Observe Educators and room leaders and provide advice, research and guidance Meet with Educators and support during programming time Attend Education Leader meetings and collaborate with Education & Pedagogy team We believe you are worth more: As a valued Early Childhood educator at Only About Children you will receive our wonderful benefits and career development opportunities: Leadership opportunity Future career development opportunities within our network.
