From grand gala events, corporate cocktail parties to intimate gatherings, we provide bespoke food solutions and exceptional dining experiences.The Role:Manage all wedding & social leads and conversionConduct site inspections, client meetings and liaison, create detailed event orders, invoicing and floorplans & written correspondence to the highest standardEstablish a strong and attentive relationship with clients to ensure the event is executed as plannedWork co-operatively with operations and kitchen teams to coordinate every aspect of our events to ensure seamless deliveryMaintain relationships with external suppliers including equipment, theming, photographers and audio-visual companiesPlan other events as requiredConduct follow-up correspondence with clients and respond to feedbackProvide a warm, friendly and welcoming service to customers and clientsThe Person:Minimum 5 years' experience in function venue or similar environmentExperience within the catering or hospitality industry preferredExperience in front of house service and room set upsStrong attention to detail and time management skillsExcellent communication skills both written and verbalA warm, friendly, professional manner towards all clients and must be a team playerProficiency in Priava, or other similar event management software and strong IT skillsThe Benefits:Opportunities for professional development and growth.A vibrant and dynamic work environmentEasy access to 100+ retail discounts from your mobile phone.Apply now or contact or 1300TALENT for more information.#J-18808-Ljbffr
