We accelerate their success by empowering them to think and act differently to drive exceptional results.Job DescriptionWith rapid economic growth occurring in Greater Ballarat, Colliers is looking for another star to be trained in Commercial Real Estate and work alongside our Sales & Leasing team based in our Ballarat office. This role will see the right person leading the already established Victorian initiative in the sales, listing & marketing of commercial properties across Ballarat.What you can expect:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and maintain high presence in the marketplaceAssisting in the sourcing, listing, selling and leasing of commercial properties across BallaratMaintaining an active pipeline of both potential buyers and sellersNegotiating property transactions from start to finishConducting inspections and all other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing a commercial propertyCultivate & nurture strong relationships with key account clients and maintain high presence in the marketplaceDelivering market knowledge and advice to clientsCoordinate (with Marketing department) the marketing & selling of properties including organising signboards, brochures, advertising, Information Memorandums and videos.QualificationsA little about youYou don't need to have Real Estate experience, we are looking for the right individualYou ideally currently in a commercial or B2B role and may be looking for further opportunities in a new industryYou are a natural hunter who is commercially astute.You are an excellent communicator with the ability to converse with a diverse range of stakeholders.Willingness to learn and ambitions to grow.Current Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate or be willing to study to become a certified agent.You are a natural hunter who is commercially astute with previous property sales & leasing experience or B2B salesEntrepreneurial and commercially astuteIdeally Bachelor Degree qualifications in Business or similarWe Offer YouConstant mentoring and on-the-job trainingSupportive and fun, team-oriented environment with regular social eventsCorporate Benefits Program including discounts on health and well-being, retail, travel/accommodation and moreCommitment to your professional development with ongoing opportunities for progressionAdditional InformationIf you're keen to join a fast-paced team who likes to work hard and have fun, then we'd love to hear from youHow to ApplyInterested candidates should address applications directly to Matt Lambert via the application link or ****** by COB 12th December 2024.Please include the following in your email:A cover letter – tell us who you are and why you'd be a great fit.
