Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our client, a local Council in Sydney, for a 6-month contract.The OpportunityIn this exciting contract role, you will play a pivotal role in creating engaging and impactful visual communication materials.
You'll work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to develop designs that meet specific project needs and objectives.What You'll Do Develop creative concepts and graphic design solutions for a variety of print and digital communication materials.Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.Produce high-quality design work using industry-standard software (Adobe CS, Pre-press).Manage your workload effectively, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.Work independently and as part of a team to deliver successful project outcomes.Do you have:A relevant design qualification (e.g., Bachelor of Design, Diploma of Graphic Design).Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar graphic design role.A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.A self-motivated and proactive approach to work.Local Government experience is preferred.About Public Sector PeoplePublic Sector People is a leading recruitment agency specialising in connecting talented professionals with rewarding opportunities within the NSW Public Sector.
