We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly-competent Lead Dentist to lead our small 3 chair practice and friendly team at Banksia Grove Family Dental.
You will be joining 4 lovely associate dentists and a part-time OHT.
About the RoleAs the Lead Dentist, you'll motivate and empower your team to deliver the highest level of care and service, with a compassionate nature that puts patients at ease.
Leading by example, you'll combine dental excellence with superior interpersonal skills to ensure your team performs optimally, the practice meets objectives, and every patient receives a wholly positive experience.
Skills & ExperienceYou have: 7+ years' experience working as a Dentist in Australia, with high clinical skills and standardsInvisalign experience would be an advantagePrevious Leadership and Mentoring Experience DesirableCurrent unconditional AHPRA registrationAn appropriate qualification recognised by the Dental Board of AustraliaCurrent professional indemnity insuranceYou are: An organised problem-solver with a strong work ethicA team player with the ability to manage and coach othersOpen-minded, empathetic and understandingHighly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentationWhat We OfferModern practice with the latest dental technologies and equipment - OPG & intra-oral camerasCompetitive 42% commission + Quarterly Lead Dentist Bonus SchemePractice alongside a well-established, experienced clinician & staff teamFun, supportive culture that loves to celebrate achievements, special holidays, birthdays, anniversaries etc.
