Daly Farms is an intense fresh food enterprise that requires an individual who is motivated, hands-on, and able to work under pressure.
About Us Since planting their first crop of potatoes by hand in 1989, and with a focus on hard work, sustainability, and innovation, the Daly Family has become one of Australia's leading potato producers, harvesting around 7000 tonnes of high-quality washed potatoes across 640ha.

On Offer: Full-time PositionDay Shifts starting at 7 amOn-Site TrainingYour Mission: To optimise and enhance our production operation while mentoring and building team skills and capabilities.
This role will manage day-to-day manufacturing activities, lead a team of production and warehouse staff, and ensure that our processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely without compromising quality.
About You: You are a hands-on, people-focused leader with experience in end-to-end manufacturing operations.
