As we continue to expand, we are seeking motivated Painters to join our dedicated and high-performing internal trades team.
These are permanent full-time positions to help support our site teams on current and future projects.
You will be joining our team where you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects across Southeast Queensland.
We work on different types of projects from multi-residential to industrial to social and affordable housing, so the work is always varied.
McNab also has several career pathways available for those that are looking to build a career in Construction.
Several of our most senior leaders at McNab started hands-on and worked their way up to become Foreman, Site Managers, Project Managers, and Construction Managers.

DutiesCommercial Painting experience is preferred; however, the right residential experience will be considered.Practical experience in the building and construction industry.All aspects of interior and exterior painting and use of all tools and equipment.Ability to deliver high-quality work often within strict deadlines.Ability to remain focused to achieve the end goal.Following safety protocols and procedures on all job sites.What we are looking forExperienced Painters.Safety focused.Motivated and strong attention to detail.Professional interactions with all staff and teams.Ability to work in a team and trusted to work unsupervised.Driven in progressing your career further.Construction White Card or the ability to obtain.Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transport, as travel is required throughout SEQ.In return:A competitive hourly rate with consistent full-time hours and overtime opportunities.A supportive and collaborative team atmosphere.Opportunities to gain more tickets and valuable experience.Paid birthday leave.$500 reimbursement for PPE each financial year.$250 health and fitness subsidy (gym memberships, activewear, ice baths and saunas, fishing rods, etc).About usMcNab is one of the largest Construction, Development, and Property groups in Australia, with turnover now exceeding $1 billion each year.
