Operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week throughout the year, Perth Airport plays a significant role in providing economic, social and cultural benefits to West Australians.

Perth Airport is investing more than $5 billion in new infrastructure to support our airline partners to grow, offering more services to new destinations and an improved customer experience.
This will be the largest funded private equity build in Western Australia for the last 30 years.

Over the coming decade, we will expand T1 International and build new domestic terminal facilities, a parallel runway, two multi-storey carparks, and our first airport hotel.
This will deliver one airport for the people of Western Australia, hosting all flight services in a central location for a seamless, world-class travel experience.

The Perth Airport estate is spread over 2100 hectares and has developed a $1.5 billion portfolio of existing industrial premises and significant vacant land holdings.

We service a truly diverse community and play an important role in strengthening cultural, family, and social bonds while supporting business, tourism, and leisure travel.

The Opportunity Perth Airport is embarking on a 'once in a generation' $5bn capital works program and the People and Culture team is growing to support this exciting and attractive program of works.
This is a new, permanent role with the primary purpose of partnering with the business to provide HR-related support and delivery to the operations and capital works program.

About You Reporting to the HR & Capability Partner, you will provide functional and operational advisory and delivery to support employees and leaders across a range of HR service areas in alignment with the business's dynamic operating environment.
Being naturally planned, you achieve through your high attention to detail and your ability to relate to multiple stakeholders.

In addition, you will have:
5+ years of generalist HR experience with a minimum of 4 years dedicated to employee relations/IR experience.
Experience in conducting workplace investigations (end to end).
Extensive experience in a HR Business Partnering role with demonstrated achievement in delivering HR projects and initiatives.
Extensive experience with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
The ability to manage a broad range of tasks, effectively prioritise and plan.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
A service orientation and you meet the customer where they are at.
