This is your chance to join a successful team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality double-storey homes in a supportive and professional environment.Key Responsibilities:Create and maintain accurate cost estimates, including variations and contingencies.Prepare detailed scopes of work and materials for each project.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure specifications and budgets meet client expectations.Identify and address project risks while maintaining transparency with stakeholders.Explore cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements.Negotiate pricing with suppliers and secure reliable procurement arrangements.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.About You:Minimum of 2 years of experience estimating single and double-storey homes.Strong communication skills suited to fast-paced construction environments.Proven ability to negotiate and manage commercial contracts.Experience developing and refining estimating systems and processes.Solid understanding of trades, materials supply chains, and dependencies.Proficiency in relevant software and the ability to analyze plans, schedules, and costs.Knowledge of contracts, quotes, budgets, and estimating procedures.Must be Perth-based with full work rights in Australia.What's On Offer:Competitive salary package based on experience.Join a trusted and established home builder in WA.Free parking in a convenient location near shops and cafes.Career progression with training and development opportunities.Stability within a long-term team and a secure role with an immediate start.Ready to make your mark in residential construction?
