About the role
These positions are primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused.
You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer-focused team.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders.
Work on a rotating roster, across multiple sites within the Sydney CBD.
Duties include but are not limited to: Concierge / commercial building security Access control and monitor CCTV Respond professionally, courteously and promptly to all customer enquiries Direct and escort visitors to site Visitor sign in/induction and maintain key registers and issue keys Conduct foot patrols internal and external Skills and Experience: Certificate II in Security Operations and current First Aid certificate Current NSW Security licence NV1 Clearance or ability to obtain one Australian Citizenship (due to clearance requirements) Dedication, reliability and a commitment to security Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High standards of presentation and grooming High level computer literacy skills The ability to work with minimal supervision and within a team environment Integrity and sound judgment If you are interested in joining the security industry but do not hold a qualification or license, please take the time to consider our Scholarship Program.
