Rooftop Solar Electrician – Cec

We're looking for a qualified, ideally, CEC / SAA design, install, and battery accredited electrician to join our friendly residential team based in a modern office in Pinkenba, Brisbane.
The job is focused on residential solar/battery/EV Charger installations but will also get you out and about in the field, sometimes conducting solar system health checks and completing some warranty and replacement work for us.
Some jobs will also require you to install fans, lights and AC units (depending on your experience).

Residential EV Charger, solar PV & battery system installations Residential & Commercial system checks, warranty work, meter box upgrades and minor installation and replacement work Installing and repairing fans, lights and air conditioning units.
Completing technical tasks to support the managing electrician Providing support to our in-house installation team from time-to-time Participating in regular toolbox talks Your skills and experience We're looking for someone who is:
First and foremost a qualified electrician with experience in solar/battery system installations and SAA / CEC accredited.
Bonus if you have experience in installing fans and air conditioners.
Certificates – working at heights, white card, current driver's licence Sociable, friendly and with good communication skills Proactive, organised and enjoys problem-solving Competent with computer software (sound ability to use and learn Microsoft Office and in-house software systems) About us GEM Energy is one of the most awarded renewable energy companies in Australia and with RACQ as the majority shareholder, now trades as RACQ Solar.
