You will oversee the transactional functions as well as taking ownership of payroll.Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:Managing a team of 4 (AP & AR Officers)Analysing these functions and identifying areas for improvementHanding any escalated AR or AP mattersBank reconciliationsPayroll processing for approximately 100 staff with support from HRReconciling PAYG, FBT, Superannuation and leaveYour BackgroundAs the successful Finance Team Leader, you will have proven staff management experience and be comfortable liaising with multiple stakeholders.You should also possess the following:Intermediate Excel (pivot tables & VLOOKUPs)Previous experience managing a teamAP, AR and Payroll processing experienceStrong written and verbal English communication skillsThe successful candidate will come from one of the following backgrounds:Shared Service (AP / AR) Manager who has processed payroll in their careerPayroll Manager who has been in an Accounts provision previously which involved AP & ARSME Finance Manager or Company Accountant that has managed a small teamIf you are keen to find out more about this Finance Team Leader role, please contact Kiana Solakovski at Richard Lloyd on , quoting reference 8969 or click on 'apply now' below.Please submit your CV in Word format and note that due to the high volume of responses we receive, only suitable candidates will be contacted.#J-18808-Ljbffr
