GM3 is an emerging Australian metallurgical coal mining entity owned by global investment entity Golden Energy and Resources (GEAR) and M Resources, a market leader in metallurgical coal industry services.
Illawarra Metallurgical Coal (IMC) produces premium quality, hard coking coal for steelmaking, which is transported within Australia and around the world.
We operate two underground metallurgical coal mines, two preparation plants and a logistics chain.

As the Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the performance of the PKCT mechanical trade workgroup, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective practices.
Other key responsibilities include, but aren't limited to: Supervise trades, ensuring safe execution of work plans using our CMMSManage work interactions, isolations, and permit authorisation for site personnel and contractorsAddress work interruptions by organising and overseeing repairs according to company proceduresDrive innovation and continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancementsABOUT YOU Supervisory experience gained in medium to heavy industryAbility to foster a safety-focused culture through mentoring, coaching, and promoting ongoing developmentTechnically capable to support the team and best utilise their skillsKnowledgeable in maintenance of conveying systems, hydraulics, pumps, gearboxes, and hoisting systemsSkilled in building and maintaining positive relationships with diverse stakeholdersQualifications for this position are:
