Welcome to Milestones Early Learning Lake Albert We are a four room, 73 place center who strives in having Serious Fun and providing a nurturing and adaptive curriculum from 6 weeks to 6 years.
We are a close-knit team who value honesty, teamwork and communication, and our team prides itself on our ability on being active members of our local community.
We are conveniently located in a small and friendly shopping complex and just a short walk from Lake Albert.

Join a supportive Centre Manager and Area Manager to assist with the day-to-day running of the centre and help nurture and inspire children and staff alike
Does this sound like you:
Motivate and lead a team of educators to create a positive and fun working environmentSupport the Centre Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targetsCreate long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the serviceMentor and support the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards About you: A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualificationA current Working with Children's CheckExperience in a management or leadership roleExperienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards Why work for Affinity?
