We know diversity of thought helps us to build better solutions for our customers which is why we encourage the entire GROW team to bring their whole selves to work each and every day.Job DescriptionDeveloping test plans and strategies that align with the overall testing goals and project requirements.Design and implement test plans and test cases.Perform hands-on testing to ensure our features meet quality standards.Define, write and maintain robust, reusable and efficient automated test scripts.Debug test failures and analyse logs to identify issues in the application or test scripts.Enhance and maintain automated Continuous Integration (CI) flows.Effectively communicate testing progress, status and risks to all stakeholders including Client representatives when required.Provide structured input into planning and estimation sessions, ensuring testing is planned effectively to ensure early detection of quality issues.Develop an understanding and contribute to enhance standards used by the team.QualificationsProficiency in programming languages commonly used for test automation.Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.Strong knowledge of software testing principles, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Buildkite or Jenkins to integrate automated tests into the development workflow.Proficiency in using version control systems like Git for managing test scripts and collaborating with other team members.Experience with cloud infrastructure, AWS and Terraform.Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or other development methodologies to align testing efforts with project workflows.Skills in testing APIs using tools like Postman or RestAssured, particularly for backend testing.Ability to interact with databases to validate test results and perform data-driven testing.Additional InformationWhy you'll love working at GROWBirthday Leave - Take an extra day off per year on your birthdayWeekly Pay Cycle - No more waiting for PayDayHybrid Work Arrangement - We have a true hybrid arrangementExciting Discounts - Think movie tickets, gift cards & even electronics.Looking for a job can be stressful and we don't want you agonising over the wording of your cover letter, so don't include one.
