About the job We are looking for our next Experienced Recruiter who loves the recruitment industry but needs greater flexibility in their role.
We have a dedicated Business Development team that brings in the contracts… you get to focus on filling them.
That said, because you are on the ground, we would love for you to keep your eyes open in regards to what's being built in your patch and reach out to them… just 5 prospective clients per week.
Business development is a team effort and your part to play is important.

There is no commute, you don't spend half your week cold calling, no constant reference checking and you will receive ongoing administrative support.
Typically our consultants earn between $75k and $200+K working 20h/w.

About you This is not an entry level role.
This is not a trainee-ship.
We want experienced Recruitment or Employment agency recruiters who want to be treated like adults, don't like being micro managed and want to work in an uncapped / unhindered recruitment role.
You may be a stay at home parent with a background in Recruitment.
You may need greater flexibility such as working from home, selecting what hours you work, working around family commitments but still want to contribute to the family income.
You would attend a few weekly meetings via Microsoft Teams, otherwise, your time is yours.
I should also mention that we recruit Australia wide… so non-comps can be side stepped.
