This role is pivotal in driving new vehicle sales, profitability, and finance penetration, while strategically building the DEEPAL dealer network.Key Responsibilities:Sales Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies and targets, ensuring the brand exceeds expectations in volume, share, and profit growth.Dealer Network Development: Build and grow the dealer network, ensuring high performance and alignment with brand objectives.Stakeholder Management: Work closely with the executive team and OEMs to monitor sales performance, manage expenses, and maintain strong relationships.Team Building: Lead, mentor, and inspire a dynamic sales team focused on driving growth and brand success.Why join us?Explore the range of benefits Inchcape offers its employees in recognition of their contribution to our success.
