Store Managers

For Store Managers or Experienced Retail Managers to lead daily operations and drive sales performance for a prominent player in the national automotive industry.
This is a Permanent Full Time role within a supportive and collaborative work culture.
This role comes with the potential to move to bigger stores and move to national role in time.
Requires: 5 years of proven leadership experience in retail management and excellent customer service skills (automotive industry preferred).
(No visa sponsorships on offer) Salary guide: $75,000 + work car and store share.
Location: 3 vacancies available across the Adelaide Region.

Your normal day will involve: Leading daily store operations while ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered.
Developing strategies to achieve store sales and profitability targets.
Managing and motivating a team to foster a high-performing environment.
Overseeing inventory control for optimal stock levels.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

You will need: 5 years of proven leadership experience in a retail management position (automotive industry preferred).
Hands-on experience with tire fitting/Mechanics.
Strong customer service proficiency.
Effective inventory control and stock-take experience (conducted monthly) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to market and cold call in your community Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
