The Opportunity We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Brand Manager, to drive growth of our leading consumer health business and brands in the GCC region, driving key strategies and excellent marketing execution.
You will be responsible for development, communication, and implementation of innovative marketing plans & activations related to assigned brands and categories within GCC region.
You will also have the opportunity to launch new products, lead projects, assignments, and initiatives to ensure achievement of brand objectives.
The role requires you to continuously engage, train and support sales team across GCC and manage your direct report successfully.
This role will be based in Dubai and will report directly to MENA Regional Marketing Director.
Key Accountabilities Include Lead BP strategic marketing plans for GCC, tactical plans, and full year activation calendar to drive growth in sales and brand differentiation.
Lead the execution of marketing campaigns and activities to achieve key brand objectives and secure all needed internal and external approvals.
Participate in commercial planning meetings, annual brand reviews, and monthly marketing reviews.
Partner with commercial team to deliver brand priorities and ensure alignment and flawless execution across the year.
Guide, support, coach direct report to maximize engagement, motivation, and performance ensuring effective cooperation and delivery of brand plans in the region.
Design winning in-store strategies to achieve category leadership, and drive cross-functional collaboration & excellence in execution.
Partner with Digital and e-commerce lead to drive effective communication and winning digital and e-comm plans as per set KPIs.
Develop and nurture direct KOL relationships, in conjunction with sales team and lead execution of marketing to HCP activities.
Drive engaging DTC initiatives to achieve set targets and brand objectives.
Plan innovative product launches, collaborate and align with cross-functional teams regularly.
Secure alignment with direct manager and regional marketing team to ensure adaptation of global strategies, and KPIs.
Prepare presentations, reports, market share and sales analysis and monitor brand performance regularly.
Manage allocated A&P marketing budget and monitor regularly.
Deliver results with 100% fulfillment of compliance requirements.
About You To be successful in this role, you will possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing, brand management, or trade marketing of consumer health brands.
Other Key Requirements For This Role Include Previous experience in UAE or GCC region is highly considered.
Results driven with a can-do positive attitude and can work in a collaborative way.
Strong interpersonal skills and people management experience.
Strong communication & presentation skills, analytical skills, commercial and financial acumen.
Fluent in Arabic & English.
Digital marketing experience is preferred.
Education background: minimum of Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, science, marketing and MBA is preferred.
Additional Requirements / Working Conditions Occasional business travel may be required.
