We have a fantastic opportunity for a professional who is skilled in enhancing revenue generation through both traditional and innovative strategies, particularly in the fundraising areas of philanthropy, grants writing and management.
As a respected community pillar, Vinnies WA is dedicated to supporting disadvantaged individuals facing challenges in Western Australia through established community support services including emergency relief for essential items, financial services and counselling, mental health services and homelessness support.
Our Fundraising, Partnerships and Philanthropy team plays a crucial role in driving vital funding for these community programs and services.
About the RoleThis permanent full-time role reports to the Manager, Strategic Fundraising, Partnerships and Philanthropy, located in our modern office facilities in Canning Vale and is eligible for hybrid work arrangements.

Motivated by building meaningful relationships with a purpose, you excel in enhancing revenue while ensuring ethical practices.
You have demonstrated success in: Driving revenue growth in the non-profit sector through diverse fundraising income streamsEnd-to-end grant management, including effective prospect research, pipeline establishment and management through CRMDelivering effective grant applications to help drive new revenue growthMaintaining and developing current funders through effective acquittals and progress updatesManaging work priorities with a focus on financial results while upholding ethics and professionalismMeeting high-performance goals and outcomesYour skills and experience include: Experience in a fundraising or development role in a not-for-profit, social impact, or community services environmentA demonstrated and proven track record of achieving revenue targetsDemonstrated success in researching, investigating, preparing and acquitting grant applications with a proven track record of achieving targetsProven ability to build strong relationships, with a strong track record of achieving targets within set timeframes and resourcesStrong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task and work independentlyStrong collaboration skills across internal teams to achieve optimal outcomesProficiency in MS Office and CRM systemsCurrent National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain) and a valid Driver's LicenseWorking for Vinnies WAOur values are at the heart of our Society, anyone who comes into contact with us is better for it.
