We have a very strong, collaborative culture that is enhanced by our staff being co-located in our offices.Graduates in the professional stream will be exposed to a broad range of research and consulting skills (depending on the Division you are placed in) including:Understanding and designing quantitative and qualitative research methodologiesAnalysing and interpreting quantitative (using SPSS and Excel and other tools) and qualitative dataProducing, understanding and analysing charts and descriptive statistics in meaningful waysOrganising and conducting research fieldwork, including online surveys, interviews and focus groups (as applicable)Project management and co-ordinationProblem solving, drawing insights from findings and report writing.The CompanyORIMA Research is a private Australian-owned professional services firm that provides market and social research, data analytics, organisational performance improvement and related advisory services.
