Associate Director – Residential Development ValuationsRay White Valuations is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Director to join our growing team in Brisbane.
This is an exceptional opportunity to elevate your professional profile, work alongside industry experts, and contribute to the success of a market-leading business in prestige residential, residential development, and commercial property valuation across South-East Queensland.
About the RoleThis position is ideal for a seasoned valuer with experience in residential development and prestige residential valuations.
Alternatively, we welcome experienced commercial valuers looking to transition into the residential development valuation space.
As Associate Director, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality valuations across a diverse portfolio of prestige residential and residential development properties.
You will manage important client relationships, lead and mentor junior valuers, and maintain the high standards that Ray White Valuations and the wider Ray White network are known for.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior and assistant valuers, fostering their professional growth within the industry.Business Development: Proactively engage in business development efforts to expand your profile, build lasting relationships, and generate new opportunities for the team.Client Relations: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.Valuation Quality & Compliance: Ensure all valuations comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines, maintaining the highest levels of accuracy and reliability in your reports and service delivery.Minimum Qualifications: Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV) with a minimum of 5 years' relevant valuation experience within the Queensland market.API Membership at Associate level or higher.A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.Why Ray White Valuations?Ray White is one of Australia's largest and most respected property groups, known for its commitment to integrity, service excellence, and continuous growth.
