Senior Clinical Coder

Fixed term temporary full time opportunity to accurately assign specific morbidity and procedural classifications to episodes of care to meet the data reporting requirements of Queensland Health.A Senior Clinical Coder is acknowledged as having high level clinical coding skills and knowledge across a broad range of specialties in a tertiary setting, through extensive on the job experience.About youOur ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:Assign accurate and timely morbidity and procedural classifications to episodes of care for all allocated specialty discharges.
