Permanent Full TimeImmediate start38 Hours per weekSydney locationPay rate + penalty rates, overtime, and allowances + superannuationAbout the RoleGreen by Nature is seeking a proactive Cleansing Team Leader to oversee our street sweeping operations. As a Team Leader, you will supervise a team of Cleansing Team Members to ensure outdoor spaces are maintained to the highest standards. You will oversee and assist in the upkeep of your local open space parks, gardens, reserves and roadsides.Undertaking street cleaningLead and motivate a team of outdoor cleaners to achieve daily tasks and goals.Ensure work meets company standards and client expectations.Maintain and use cleaning equipment effectively.Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with previous experience in outdoor cleaning or supervisory roles.
