Warehouse Storeperson

About GCM: GCM was established back in 1999 and is a locally owned and operated electrical and automotive wholesaler.
We pride ourselves on strong customer and supplier relationships and are known for stocking a large range of electrical, automotive, and lighting products.
GCM is looking to expand our warehouse team and appoint a highly motivated storeperson.
This position has the potential for career progression into sales for the right individual.
Your duties would include but would not be limited to: Local delivery of stock.Receiving stock in our warehouse.Pick and pack customer orders.Customer service for pick up and delivery.Counter sales, servicing domestic and industrial contractors.Arranging stock displays.Restocking shelves to ensure the store is presented in the best possible way.Develop product knowledge.Freight dispatch.Skills required for this job would include: Excellent work ethic and presentation.Excellent problem-solving skills.Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication (verbal and written).Computer literacy.Growth mindset, passion for learning.Driver's licence.Forklift licence.Benefits: Profit Share Scheme.Above award wages.Work with an experienced team to progress your career in a great industry.Training and access to career development opportunities.Inclusive team and a fun, modern work environment.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
