About the role Bridgestone Kidman Park is seeking an exceptional and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store in Kidman Park, SA.
This full-time role is responsible for overseeing all store operations and ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer service and sales performance.
As the Store Manager, you will play a vital part in driving the success of our retail business in the local community.
What you'll be doing Manage and lead a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiencesOversee all operational aspects of the store, including inventory management, merchandising, and store presentationDevelop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitabilityCoach, train, and develop the store team to enhance their skills and capabilitiesEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulationsAnalyse store performance data and identify opportunities for improvementFoster a positive, customer-centric culture within the storeWhat we're looking for Experience in a management role, preferably in the automotive or consumer products industryStrong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a teamExcellent customer service orientation and the ability to deliver exceptional in-store experiencesProven track record of driving sales growth and improving store profitabilityExcellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with inventory management best practicesWhat we offer At Bridgestone Kidman Park, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
