The RoleThe Inclusive Employment Program is designed to provide temporary workplace opportunities and experience for local people who face barriers to employment, for a duration of six months.
To apply for this position, you must live within the City of Whittlesea municipality, and you need to meet at least one of the following criteria:
People from Culturally or Linguistically Diverse (CALD) backgroundsPeople living with disabilityEx-service personnel and veteransMake a difference in our community
Work with a range of stakeholders to develop, implement, and map programs and initiatives to increase participation levels of under-represented groups in recreation and physical activity.
This includes delivery of program and participation opportunities resulting from Council's Active Whittlesea strategy.
About YouThis role requires an understanding of the needs of diverse communities and drivers for physical activity, along with experience in the delivery of community programs and events.
