About the Home Conveniently situated in the heart of Noble Park, with convenient access to nearby shops and public transport, our aged care residence in Noble Park – 'Noble Manor' – is a modern and friendly residential aged care home. Noble Manor proudly offers a comprehensive array of senior care services, catering to the diverse needs of older people seeking quality nursing home and aged care options in Noble Park. TLC Aged Care Noble Park has an extensive range of on-site services available making it a unique place to live, including a community medical centre, allied health services including a gym, physiotherapy, dietetics and podiatry, a resident's sports bar and café, and virtual reality cinema.
