Responsibilities:
Generate leads for potential clients in the Erindale area to grow the client base.
Attend training sessions focused on enhancing real estate knowledge and skills specific to the local market.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads until appointments are successfully arranged with a listing or buyer's agent.
Communicate with homebuyers through consistent phone calls and emails to establish relationships and ensure brand visibility.
Compile monthly and quarterly sales reports to track team progress towards meeting company goals.
Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads in the Erindale region and convert them into new clients effectively.
Utilize the CRM system diligently to update customer information for agents in the area.
Schedule and conduct appointments with potential clients in Erindale efficiently.
Qualifications:
Must have a valid real estate license or be actively working toward obtaining one.
Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
No prior real estate experience is required—just a drive to succeed
Previous experience in sales is a mandatory requirement for candidates interested in this role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective client interactions.
Candidates applying for this position must hold a valid Driver's License.
Compensation:
$85,000 - $167,500 yearly
