We keep our word, and we deliver on our promises.Care - We care about the safety and wellbeing of our team, our customers and the communities we deliver solutions to.About this PositionWe have two Field Service Technician positions available based out of Perth.Our Field Service Technicians are responsible for the technical support and safe operation of the world's leading Distracted Driving technology solution. This role involves assembling, deploying and supporting a range of fixed and mobile platforms that integrate radar & camera hardware with operating systems and communications software. Our technologies involve equipment installed at the roadside, real-time sensor and camera interfaces, decision algorithms, machine learning based detection algorithms, file transfer and monitoring systems, web user interfaces and cloud-based infrastructure.Additionally, the position requires the safe towing, deployment, and operation of enforcement trailers, which includes conducting risk assessments, managing safety protocols, and ensuring trailer equipment is properly maintained.
