Join our dynamic team as a Senior Marketing Data Analyst In this pivotal role, you'll harness the power of data to shape campaign strategies and steer impactful marketing decisions. Collaborating closely with the Digital Marketing team, you'll be instrumental in uncovering insights, capitalizing on campaign opportunities, and ensuring that our marketing initiatives are driven by data-informed strategies.Job ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Digital Marketing Lead to perform in-depth analyses of customer data and behavior, aiming to generate insights, identify significant campaign opportunities, and facilitate data-driven decision-making and prioritization.Engage with the Marketing team to conduct quarterly evaluations of marketing initiatives.Oversee the design and implementation of the marketing analytics framework in conjunction with other data analysts, as well as the Marketing and Sales teams.Develop and maintain documentation related to analytics and experimental research, and prepare and deliver engaging presentations tailored for a diverse audience of both technical and non-technical stakeholders.QualificationsSkills, knowledge and experience in data science, business analytics, behavioural sciences, or in a data-driven consumer organisation.Demonstrated extensive skills in marketing analytics, ideally in a media organisation, with a deep understanding of customer-focused data analytics.Demonstrated substantial experience with experimental design, analysis, and reporting in a relevant discipline ideally a marketing organisation where you have optimised marketing activities.Significant experience performing analytics in a modern cloud environment (Redshift, Snowflake, Databricks etc). Highly advanced experience using SQL to access and model large datasets, and Python or any other advanced analytics software package to analyse and visualise data. Highly advanced ability to analyse complex data from a variety of sources, including SQL databases, web services, JSON, and CSV.Extensive experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Teams, and Sharepoint.
